This is an updated list with my favorite comedies at the moment. I have thought a long on it, I have pondered a lot of factors, but generally it shows my taste, based on a great admiration for certain comedians and comedy creators. Yet more Woody
I became a fan of Woody Allen's movies. I liked him before as well, but now, I declare myself a fan, a bottomless admirer. His last three movies are brilliant, Whatever Works is from far away my favorite, with all the different opinions I received on various media (reddit for sample), that Manhattan is the best Woody Allen ever. Woody Allen is one of the most prolific artists in Hollywood. Director, actor, producer, writer, screenwriter, everyone may ask what he is not, and sometimes, Woody Allen is just too much. Not the funniest guy on earth, but he is sometimes funny and simultaneously deep, which is rare.
