Top 100 Actors in 2012

This is not my list, it is the imdb list, called STARmeter, which is a poll using proprietary algorithms that take into account several measures of popularity for people, titles and companies. The primary measure is who and what people are looking at on the IMDb.com and IMDbPro websites. This can’t be rigged because rankings are based on a cumulative total of more than 3 billion pageviews per month. Imdb has designed the ranking algorithm so that the actions of one user (or small group of users) has a limited impact. It monitors STARmeterTM rankings for any possible fraudulent traffic generation, and the algorithm is periodically improved to detect and neutralize any other attempts.
