I was writing about India and Infosys when the news came as a flash on my reader. Of course it isn't "news" since this happened two days ago already, but it is of importance, because I'm a huge admirer or genuine talent and genius, especially so people oriented as Aaron was. Swartz was found dead in his Brooklyn apartment on January 11, 2013. Official Statement from the family and partner of Aaron Swartz Our beloved brother, son, friend, and partner Aaron Swartz hanged himself on … [Read more...]

Facespace?
A post on The Oatmeal remembered me of what was upon a time... How Tom Anderson and DeWolfe sold and how Facebook beat myspace, and of course, the ultimate drop, the connection to myspace through facebook. Brrr... [source: "The Oatmeal", but you have to click the pic to see it's real value] I used to have one of my favorite Social Media accounts on myspace... Myspace was a real experience. Scamworld
I was a little bit aggressive in my previous post, especially after I found out I was right all the way in my earlier presumptions. Starting my annoyance, was a link (in fact two) I had on a prestigious blog. The link has been removed, in the hope I wouldn't notice. I took it personal. After that I checked a little bit more, and I found a few more who tagged or re-tagged (whatever) their comment links with "nofollow". Utterly disappointed and angrier by the moment, I wrote. NoFollow Tag Is Like a Condom
NoFollow link attribute rel="nofollow" was originally created to block search engines from following links in blog comments, due to the amount of blog comment spamming. In theory, this tag will not help spammers who spams in blog comments, to improve their search engine traffic. Dear friends, this is BS. I think I said more than once that if you moderate your blog comments, you are free to eliminate what you don't like from your comments. Use Akismet if you are on Wordpress and take a deep … [Read more...]

It was a pleasure to see the wet shaving being promoted so nice in the last James Bond movie. I'm going to review Skyfall in the future, now I only notice that it was one of the best made in the series. More human touched at least, without humanity in the script. So James Bond, the character, uses a straight razor, a silvertip brush and all the other classic shaving accessories, the mug was visible, so it is to be presumed that a soap was on the bottom of it as well. [source] I was … [Read more...]
